Group Chairman of Companies, a trained in both Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveyor has started off his career as a Site Supervisor with a number of both local and international construction company as Project Managers and Project Directors.

 As to date with more than 43 years of experience in the construction industry, Datuk Michael has completed projects valued beyond RM1 Billion for the Group. He takes charge of all operational aspects on the business development, contract negotiation and overall management for the group to ensure progressive growth for the company.

Kent Lee holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Malaya. He began his professional career in 2003 as a Project Manager at Eng Beng Development Sdn Bhd, before advancing further in the property development industry as a shareholder and Project Director of Mzec Development Sdn Bhd.

With over two decades of experience in property development, facilities management, and general management, he brings deep industry expertise and a holistic vision in driving corporate growth and ensuring project success. His commitment to professional governance, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices is further demonstrated by his registration as a Licensed Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP). In his leadership role, he has played a strategic part in the planning, management, and execution of various residential development projects, including the Lestarry Height residential development in Mentakab, Pahang.

Elliot Chan, a registered Architect with the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM) and an associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID), our firm combines architectural excellence with refined interior design sensibilities. With over two decades of professional experience, we are committed to delivering innovative, functional, and timeless design solutions for both residential and commercial projects.

Elliot Chan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Curtin University of Technology, Australia (1998) and a Diploma in Interior Design from the Modern Institute of Interior Design (1994). His diverse qualifications and international exposure enable him to approach each project with a holistic design philosophy — integrating architectural form, spatial flow, and aesthetic harmony.

Marvin Chan graduated from MMU Cyberjaya with a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Film and Animation. He has over 20 years of experience in architecture and currently serves as the Architecture Services Provider and Coordinator at Chan Dan Rakan Rakan Sdn Bhd (CRRSB) — an established design firm since the 1970s, known for practical and creative solutions across residential, commercial, and large-scale mixed developments.
Marvin is a registered Inspector of Work (IOW) with the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM), and brings a strong sense of coordination, creativity, and technical detail to every project.
