Our Journey
Established in 2010, Legas Group began as a construction company and property management , focusing on providing reliable and professional services to property owners and residents. With passion, dedication, and a commitment to quality, we soon expanded into housing development, allowing us to play a greater role in shaping communities and delivering homes that meet the evolving needs of modern living.
Over the years, we have proudly completed and delivered projects in Selangor and Pahang, with developments that range from residential homes to township projects. Each development reflects our belief that every home should be accessible, functional, and built with long-term value in mind.

Datuk Michael Ong
Group Chairman
Group Chairman of Companies, a trained in both Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveyor has started off his career as a Site Supervisor with a number of both local and international construction company as Project Managers and Project Directors. As to date with more than 43 years of experience in the construction industry, Datuk Michael has completed projects valued beyond RM1 Billion.
Lee Chuen Haur
Director
Lee Chuen Haur holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the University of Malaya. He began his career in 2003 as a Project Manager at Eng Beng Development Sdn. Bhd. and later advanced to become a shareholder and Project Director at Mzec Development Sdn. Bhd. With over two decades of experience in the property development industry, he has been instrumental in the strategic planning and successful execution of numerous residential projects, including the Lestarry Height development in Mentakab, Pahang. His commitment to professional governance and adherence to industry standards is further demonstrated through his registration as a Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).
Elliot Chan
Director
Elliot Chan is a registered Architect with the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM) and an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Curtin University of Technology, Australia (Class of 1998), and a Diploma in Interior Design from the Modern Institute of Interior Design (Class of 1994). With a strong foundation in both architecture and interior design, Elliot brings a comprehensive design perspective to every project, combining functionality, aesthetics, and innovation in his work.
